Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return guidelines carefully before placing an order.

Important Unboxing Requirement

Customers are strictly advised to record a complete video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery. This video will serve as proof in case of any issue.

Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacement requests will only be accepted if:

  • The product is received broken
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong item is delivered
  • Product is completely non-functional or out of order upon arrival

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • No proper unboxing video is provided
  • The provided proof is unclear or incomplete
  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or mishandled after delivery
  • Change of mind after purchase

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Comfort4U. If the provided evidence is not satisfactory, the return or refund request may be rejected.
